I specialize in working with adults, children, adolescents, and couples who have concerns regarding relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, fears/phobias, depression, trauma, and difficulty concentrating. Additionally, I work with individuals adjusting to life changes, such as college, parenthood, and retirement. I can help you explore these issues in a collaborative, supportive, and confidential environment. My philosophy is integrative; therefore, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the individual's specific needs and preferences. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and hypnosis.
I also offer a variety of assessment services for all age groups, such as IQ testing for school placement (e.g., gifted programs), testing to assist in diagnosis/treatment planning, personality testing, and assessments to explore career options.
My training has included a wide range of psychological services in settings such as private practice, grade schools, college counseling centers, hospitals, and community mental health centers.
